I had a great experience purchasing my truck from Nissan of Boerne. My salesman, Colt, was very communicative and receptive from the start. He went above and beyond to have the truck ready for me, especially knowing I was driving two hours to get there. He even lined up a few other options in the same price range I was looking for, which I really appreciated. His sales manager, Doug, was also excellent; very understanding, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He made sure I left confident that everything would be taken care of. Overall, it was a smooth, straightforward buying experience with a great selection of inventory. I’d definitely recommend Nissan of Boerne to anyone looking for a vehicle

The is hands down the best service center in the San Antonio/Boerne area. Luis Rodriguez is the phenomenal service manager and is committed to keeping you safe. I bought my car from them last week and an unforeseen issues came up with my car after I bought it. Not only did they fix this issue, but they filled up my gas for the inconvenience. They even game me a ride to work while they worked on my car. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is safe before returning it. Luis has kept in communication with me and walked me through every step of the repair. I will be driving in from San Antonio to get my car serviced here simply because of the experience I had after my purchase. 100/10 recommend buying your car here and having your service done by their competent team! Ask for Luis and be sure to be taken care of!

Anthony Estrada is an outstanding service advisor. I suffered severe damage to one of my tires and barely made it to the Service driveway of Nissan of Boerne. Anthony greeted me, laid out a course of action, helped me get a rental car and assured me the tire would be fixed the following day. True to his word, a new tire was installed the following morning and the cost was less than expected. Quality Customer Service. Thank you, Anthony.

As a lady of 91 years, I was received warmly at Boerne Nissan and referred to my service advisor, Mr Tevin Hernandez. He explained the services that my car needed. (We bought that vehicle and had all services from this dealership since October 2015). Mr Tevin assisted me to the lovely waiting room and proceeded with the work on my vehicle. In a very short time, he returned to advise that the needs of my vehicle were completed. Then he assisted me to my clean and liberally serviced vehicle.
