Great experience at Martinez tire shop! Too bad they are too easy to miss because of the One Way Frontage Road. They are professional and helpful. Fixed my daughter's car flat tire in minutes, and their equipment is top of the line. Do yourself a favor, don't pay big money for the Big Names, you will get prime treatment for less money at Martinez! 🙌
View on GoogleAlways. ask for pricing before letting any work begin. I usually take my tire work to W&W Tires next door, but this time I needed exhaust work done, so I stopped here instead. Thankfully, the muffler technician wasn’t there—who knows how much that would have cost. All I needed was a trailer tire mounted. I brought the wheel in already off the trailer, so they only had to install a valve stem and mount the new tire. W&W typically charges around $15 for that, and sometimes they’ve even done it for free. This shop, however, charged me $40. I don’t necessarily blame them—I should have asked upfront. That said, it does explain why there wasn’t any business going on while I was there. If you need tire work done, I’d recommend going somewhere else.
View on GoogleI borrowed my son‘s car and a tire sensor said I was low on air. I pulled in and was in and out in 15 minutes. Not only did I get the tire patched and my sensor reset, I also got my son’s tires rotated at a very reasonable cost as a surprise. The young man was very polite and a pleasure to do business with. I will be back If I have any other tire issues or purchases. I loved that I did not have to wait in a lobby at all! I highly recommend Martinez Tire Shop in Boerne.

After hitting an object on the road that completely tore my tire, I was stressed and worried about how long it would take to get back on the road. I showed up at Martinez Tire Shop, and Hugo immediately stepped in to help. Not only did he take care of the problem incredibly quickly, but he also went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. His professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help really stood out. On top of that, he gave me a great discount that I truly wasn't expecting. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Hugo does. If you're looking for fast service, fair prices, and outstanding customer care, Martinez Tire Shop is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I was in and out in no time at all. $30 seems a bit high for a tire patch, but can't argue with the results. I also appreciated his efficiency. While waiting for the contact cement to set he attended another customer who needed some air in her tires.
