View on GoogleMy first experience with the service department at Land Rover Boerne was great. It’s a beautiful facility with a very nice customer lounge. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. The service department got my navigation system working correctly again on my Range Rover Velar after replacing two modules. They also performed a couple of other maintenance tasks on my vehicle. The work took a few days to finish and a loaner car was provided. Thanks to Zack in service and Jaden in sales for their coordination in getting everything working again as it should.

Victor also took time to answer my questions so even I could understand. They did everything I needed in a timely manner. VERY EXCELLENT experience!!! Nathan was knowledgeable and Cobe kept him up to speed on the progress. Joseph give me a ride for a quick lunch and is allways a great person to visit with. I saw my Sales guy (Donald) and he was interested in my experience with my defender and if I was enjoying it.
