I’d like to give a big shout out today to Fair Oaks Automotive. Having vehicles most of my life, I’ve had to take them to several different service centers over time, and I tell you hands-down, this is one of the best! Not only are they super professional and polite, but the shop is so clean, and comfortable. It’s no wonder they’ve been around for so long. But regardless of how long they’ve been around or how many great reviews others have given them that I read, I wanted to give my own experience to y'all, too. From the service advisors and managers at the front desk that actually listen and CARE, to the work the mechanics and technicians did to my car, and the very reasonable rates… I couldn’t be more satisfied. So being from the Universal city area, I will definitely keep going a little bit out of my way and choose to drive a few extra miles to get to “this” service location in Fair Oaks Ranch for all of my vehicle servicing. It’s worth it! Great job and happy holidays to y’all at Fair Oaks Automotive . :-) thanks again.
