I would not recommend Elite Collision of Boerne to any woman — and I absolutely would not send my mother, daughter, or wife there alone. I brought my vehicle in after hitting a deer and very clearly pointed out where the antlers hit my hood before the body swung into the side of my car. The understanding during the walk-through was that the deer damage would be fixed. When I said “fix the damage,” I assumed that meant all of it — including the hood. They kept my car for a week and never once called to ask if I wanted the hood repaired. Yet they had no problem calling me to add $300 to the bill for the door. Communication only seemed important when it involved increasing the total. When I called about the hood, the front desk immediately said I wasn’t quoted on the hood and went on to tell me some other things that were included. It felt like she was already prepared for me to be upset. Why would the hood not be included when it was clearly part of the same accident? I didn’t realize I needed to request separate quotes or specifically spell out that I wanted all visible damage repaired. Burying something that significant under line items and technical wording feels shady. This was a major communication failure, and I left feeling completely taken advantage of. Look elsewhere if you want transparency and clear communication.
