As a first time customer, I had a really great experience at Brake Check! Daniel and Sam were both amazing and super thorough throughout the whole process. I originally came in for an oil change and brakes, and they took the time to actually show me my brake pads and rotors, explain what everything meant, and go over my options before doing any work. I also really appreciated that they were honest about what my car actually needed and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary things. They explained all of the pricing beforehand which made me feel a lot more comfortable and informed before moving forward with the service. I was able to book my appointment online and get in the same day, and everything was done in a very reasonable amount of time. I also loved the service tracker feature they text you — it showed pictures of my car parts, informational videos, pricing/invoices, and updates on where my car was at in the process from start to finish. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely be returning for future auto services. Thank you again Daniel and Sam for the superb customer service!

We brought our vehicle in late on a Sunday afternoon after discovering a nail right in the center of the tire. The manager, Keith, greeted us right away and was incredibly courteous, kind, and attentive to our situation. As soon as he saw the issue, he took the vehicle back, and the repair was completed in less than 30 minutes. The shop was clean, well‑kept, and organized, and every employee we encountered was friendly and professional. Fast service, great people, and a welcoming environment—an excellent experience from start to finish. A true five star business and visit.
