We were over 900 miles from home on our 2,200-mile round trip from Arizona to Texas to buy a travel trailer… when our ABS light came on. I started praying and my prayers were answered! I called Brady’s and discovered that we were only 1 block away after exiting the interstate. They squeezed us into their schedule and even found us a hotel room in San Antonio and drove us there! (All the rooms were booked in Boerne because of the flood) Before we left they had our Ram 3500 diesel on the rack and showed my husband our front wheel was barely attached due to a catastrophic hub bearing failure!!! To make a very long story short thank God for Mark, Josh, Corey, Troy, Mason, Jose, AND MADDY! They went above and beyond treating us right… it felt like they were treating us the way they would want to be treated, if they were in our shoes. They explained the issues that needed immediate attention and advised us of what we should address before we pulled our new travel trailer. We agreed to all the recommended repairs and even added some extras of our own! I have only 1 problem… you all are in Texas, and we are in Arizona otherwise we would be a customer for life! Brady's inspected my new to me preowned car and promptly provided an estimate for the work needed. I was able to pick the work I felt was needed now and pass on work I didn't feel was urgent. I am happy with the service and work provided by Brady's.

I got pictures and they even checked my car for any immediate fixes needed to keep me safe on the rd, as I travel 80 miles a day for work. My car was also done in the same day. There is a fee you have to approve before doing the work, but it was completely worth every penny. I highly recommend them.

Cory came along with me and gave me his professional opinion; which was to take it to another shop because i had an issue with my balancing and unfortunately Brady's doesn't have those machines. Very truthful answer and i appreciated it very much. Brady's would not take any payment for this 20 minute drive and gave me a recommendation for another shop to fix my problem. I've dealt with Brady's many times before and, Troy, Josh and the crew are always great to work with on auto needs. I highly recommend Brady's for anyone needing most auto repairs because they are truly excellent. Thank you.
