Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Service Center

Where to start?! Booked in for a simple oil change on a brand new Ram truck (by appointment). Took 2 hours to get finished. Was told there was a delay because mechanics were rotating on lunch break. Finally at checkout, I was told everything was checked and serviced including tire pressure. Jumped in and my TP light is on. (see photo of TPS system - they didn’t even touch the tires). Got home to check oil and filter to insure it was done. The entire underside of my truck is covered in oil. They couldn’t be bothered to wipe excess oil off and now the underside of my truck is covered in oil. I’ve been turning wrenches on vehicles for years and I can say without a doubt that this oil drain plug was never removed during the oil change. Not even one drop of oil on the oil pan from the residual drip when changing oil. Not even a rag wipe to clean oil. Look at that gasket on that drain plug, never changed from factory. Not one mark on that drain plug from removal. All very suspect from the poor service at Boerne Dodge/ Ram. Needless to say, that’s the last service I’ll ever do with Boerne Dodge/Ram. Be advised y’all. Take ur truck elsewhere.

Please do not go here for repairs of your vehicle. I had service technician named Colin Dolen. The minute he showed up I knew this guy didnt care for customer service and could careless about your situation but I gave him benefit of the doubt. They had told us it would take 3 days with the car. Drop it off Tuesday Aug11 around 1pm called Thursday 14th and they said well you drop it off later so we should have a answer tomorrow Friday and it can take up to 5 days not 3 .I will call you he never did. We called Saturday they said he wasnt in. Aug 18 came along no response we had to rent a car because we couldn't keep using our family memebers. Then Aug 19 came along and they told us Mopar wouldn't cover the parts but they didnt have a claim # because they didnt need to submit a claim to them if the paper doesn't say the parts that need to be changed I called Mopar and they said they need to submit it either way if we deny it or approve it because if you want to call us and ask why we cant tell you anything there nothing in the system. We gave him a new extended warranty we found out we had when I called the dealership that sold us the car he was so lazy to look for the number for them that when I called the san marcos dealership they told me he can find it on Google why does he need you to give it to them not like he hasnt done this before. Ethos went to inspect the parts and on Thursday after trying to reach him many times and him admitting I just forgot to call you back. He said that we had to take the car to San marcos due to there policy. So we said okay we will go pick up the car today. He said you cant because we are doing the recall so he said, Friday you can get it so we spent another 80 bucks for Friday . Come to find out they DIDINT even do the RECALL on the car and let me take it out the dealership without telling me the San marcos dealership verified it was not completed. Then as I was walking in to pick up my car this two elderly couple walk in saying they need to pick up there truck brian said let's review the issue he said something about manifold and she was like what no we came in because the dash lights go out all of a sudden he was like oh there nothing about that here your tech left already so I will call you Monday and see what she says . I regret not telling them just get your car out of here now. Because I was scared of them doing something to my car while I was waiting for them to come with it. I regret not warning them. By the time I got my car that they chipped the paint on my driver handle and wouldnt take responsibility. Please dont take your car here. We tried talking to general manager and Brian the service manager wouldn't pass us to him. Saying he vouches for Collins we find out there friends and worked at other dealership before. We spend over 400 dollars in rental fees .

Took the Jeep in for the yearly exterior ceramic coating, interior stain protectant. This was an add on by dealer at time of purchase. Service was great, job was well done and detailed, Jeep looks freaking new. I had mentioned to advisor I liked her Boerne Dodge hat, they did have anymore, but had one similar. I said na, but another associate quickly said I got it for you, thank you for your service. I forgot I had on an Army shirt. He did not have to do that and little things like this is why I will continue to bring, do business with them.

I’ve taken my jeep here several times and always great customer service. Shoutout to Ruben Rodriguez who helped me with getting a loaner after finding out my jeep was going to be in shop for several weeks because of a recall issue. I really appreciate his help.

Been to this location twice, honestly, just not impressed with the service, the prices, or the customer service. Definitely will not return and not buying a vehicle from this dealership or dealer group.
