View on GoogleOwner is very unprofessional. The work is done the cheap and easy way not the right way. Paid the man 5k only for him to do a half hearted job. When I called him out on it he hung up on me. I wouldn’t trust this shop with anything going forward. On top of it he said 2 weeks and it took over 4 weeks to get my vehicle back. Stripped wires and shoved them into the fuse box . This is the type of work you can expect from this shop. Take your vehicles elsewhere. This man can’t be trusted . Yelp has this shop at a 2.2 start rating . That should be enough said. The man can’t be trusted and if you hold his feet to the fire he just hangs up , and won’t take accountability.
View on GoogleI have used Boerne Automotive a couple of times and both times they have done an excellent job on it. The first time I took it in, they did an excellent job on the transmission. They go above and beyond to make sure that you can get home if you need to leave your vehicle or have your vehicle towed in. They have been very respectful, and they listen to what you have to say. View on GoogleBoerne Automotive repaired my car quickly and efficiently. A lot of car places are not honest and charge you for un needed repairs. I had a grinding sound in my car which was simply a missing clip and a sensor that someone said would cost me 200.00. They claimed my air wasnt low, but it was. They replaced the clip and filled my tires and gave me an oil change as oil was low. Great place! They will be my go to!
View on GoogleHighly recommend this shop. My alternator was giving me issues and I was four hours away from home. Stop at the shop and they help me out rapidly and got me back on the road. They didn't gave me excuses about needing appointments or that they couldn't work on my vehicle. They understood that I wasn't from that area and I needed to be on the road ASAP. Thank you very much.
