Stopped by for a quick tire air check and had a great experience. Aaron took care of it right away, super friendly and professional. I offered to pay and he refused, just asked for a review instead. That says a lot about how they treat people. Shop looks clean, organized, and they clearly know what they’re doing. Aaron mentioned they specialize in German and European cars, which is good to know. Definitely coming back here next time I need anything. Highly recommend.

Went to Sun Auto for help with a new battery and my AC had stopped working. Kentrel was extremely helpful, patient, understanding, caring and friendly. I had my 8 year old son with me (very hyper), when Kentrel saw how stressed I was about my car issues, he immediately tended to my son and let him pick out some toys to play with, to give me a minute to think straight. My son and I were going to walk home while they worked on my car, it had been raining and was drizzling, Kentrel was not having that and got us a ride home. Very much appreciated! Efren took care of my car and my AC is nice and cold again! Thank you both for such great customer service!!

Very careless, I came here to simply get tires installed on my vehicle and when they put it on the lift, they dented the whole side of my car. I was on the other side of the bay and I heard a crunch noise. I then walked around to the side that my car was on and saw that he had dented it on the lift. The worst part about it is I know the technician knew he messed up and still did not even say anything. If I had not of seen it, he would’ve never of mentioned it. REALLY!!! All they kept doing was apologizing. I’m calling corporate. I want my service complementary and they need to get the bodywork done on my car. If I could give a zero I would. Jackie did the work. I can only imagine the quality of work they do on someone who has serious issues. This was a simple tire replacement. Now I have to pay for a rental ( they said they’ll reimburse me later) leave car leave my car in the shop to have the bodywork done, etc. it is a huge inconvenience! I will be sharing my experience with my million plus followers on my social media platforms. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SNEAKY EMPLOYEES *** BEWARE ****

This is my first visit to Sun Auto, but will not be my last. My service was completed in a timely manner, but what impressed me was listening to the way the team dealt with other customers. Calming an intense customer; assisting an elderly customer; and satisfying a customer with a billing issue. The Sun team was very much different then the place I used to go, as they were knowledgeable and communicated well with customers. This was true for the service writers as well as the service techs.
