I visited this shop for a used tire. I was already skeptical they were charging $80 for a used tire but I didn’t think much of it and continued with my purchase. I left the shop went straight home (5 minutes away). I wake up the next day to go to church and I have a completely flat tire. I would understand if I hit something in the span of 24 hours but I did not and there is notable side wall damage. That wasn’t caused by me. When I went to the shop Monday morning to explain to them that there is a good chance they sold me a bad tire they tried to tell me I caused the damage and there was no way they sold me a bad tire. There was no compromise or trying to take care of me, the customer. I had to go to work late and go to another tire shop in which they told me the tire just looks like a bad tire as is. I don’t recommend shopping here spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I walked into the facility and the boy didn’t even notice me until about three minutes later. He was on his phone. I was asking him what to do and where to go and he just kept pointing go over there. Go over there.! He told me to leave he said he didn’t need customers. He said I was impatient while he was on his phone texting. When I did approach him, he said, what do you want? I called the owner and the owner hung up on me!! So they say they don’t need customers and I can tell by the reviews, this isn’t uncommon for them. Good Gosh! Now you totally defend his lies!! Your workers also commented on how awful he is . They said that he treats customers that way all the time! I wasn’t gonna go to your place. I was going to Guerrero’s so I messed up by going to you.! The best customer service and quality of work. I see all your reviews and they’re all horrific! Keep defending the bad quality that your business provide provides. Like your little worker said you don’t need us what we certainly don’t need you! We were paying you money for a service! How embarrassing that you’re getting on here and fighting with the customer! View on GoogleStopped by thinking I needed a patch since my rear tire was losing air. Turned out my tire was bad. I already had brand new tires across the street that I need to grab so they can just swap. They put the bad tire back on and charged my $10 instead of allowing me to grab the tire from across the street which wouldn’t taken 2 minutes. No one was there or waiting just me. Just taking my business else where.
