Solid people, little disappointed. Spent about $500 on repairs, but shop left my car unlocked overnight and was broken into. Some of my belongings were stolen. Malpractice. edit: Hi, in response to the manager. I’m not sure what you’re trying to portray, as if it was just minor theft. Everything in my console was gone. All cards were stolen, business, gift cards, even unpplicable IDs. My backpack was gone. Yes, my candies were stolen AS WELL. My chargers were gone. The only thing left in my car were the belongings of the man who broke into my car. One of your employees made me aware of the situation, so the break-in was made known. I did not want to convey the nature of the situation as you are a local business and all things are replaceable, but you’re speaking to me condescendingly, as if it was nothing.

I've been going to A1 since I moved out here in 2020. 20. They've always done fantastic work. Never a complaint. Never a problem or it's been way more than what I ever asked for. They're great

I recently had my car serviced at A1 Committed to replace the water pump, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Michael and his team have been great. I have been coming here for years, but they most recently took on a huge job for my mini Cooper and have worked with me from the beginning and have done nothing but provide excellent customer service understanding and information. They are the most patient and outstanding people I have ever met. If you take your car anywhere you are making a mistake. They give you fair prices, and I have never had an issue with anything they have ever fixed. My vehicles have always ran better when I leave here . I will forever recommend this shop

Let me just say if you are looking for a mechanic in the Arlington area, look no further. You have found the place!! I was buying a car from out of state and needed a pre purchase inspection. I had called another mechanic who did not seem very thorough. Boy am I glad I called these guys instead. Let me just say Craig is the man. He immediately starting going into detail about everything he inspects. He told me he checks for flooding, signs that it's ever been in an accident, and he checks the computer. If these 3 don't pass he won't go threw with the rest of the inspection and will not charge you. I think that alone was unbelievable and shows how good and honest these guys are! Well my car passed and came up with just some very minor issues. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He made it so much easier to be assured i was getting a solid car. So fast forward about a week. I ended up flying down to texas and buying the car. Right after getting the car i called him up. One of the things with the car were the breaks and rotors were around 30%. I asked him if I needed to come in and get them done. If it would be safe to drive home like that. Instead of trying to sell me, he assured me that it would be safe to drive home and that everything he points out on the inspection is more for you to use as a tool to help negotiate with the seller. Talk about honesty. If I could leave 100 stars I would. Sorry for the long review i just want everyone to know if your looking for a solid mechanic to look no further.
