Service City Mechanic Arlington

Previously had great service and highly reccomended this shop to my friends. I came in ti ask for work quotes on an engine code I had pulled and the older guys at the desk vw beetle do not have 5th cylinders and made gender and intelligence related negative comments. I'm having my SE vw beetle issue addressed elsewhere. It would've taken a glance to visually see it exists and to not say mean things. Left in tears , told my experience to peers.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They break your auto parts to make you come back and pay more!! If you confront them they make it worse! DO NOT COME HERE! There was another customer here at the same TIME with the SAME problems. Now we’re towing my car out. DO NOT COME HERE!! We asked for the owner and all of the workers refused. One of the workers started yelling at me and using vulgar words. This is not a safe place nor is it professional. DO NOT GO HEREEEEEEE!!

These guys absolutely killed it with my M5 Competition. I brought it in after a pretty bad situation — the car had frame damage, both front and rear driveshafts were shot, oil pan cracked, camshafts worn, and one of the catalytic converters was completely clogged. Both headlights were cracked, airbags had deployed, suspension arms were bent, control arms needed replacement, and the front subframe was slightly twisted. It was honestly a mess. They went through everything the right way. They replaced the driveshafts, both camshafts, oil pan, control arms, tie rods, bushings, and motor mounts. They flushed all the fluids, did new engine oil, differential oil, transmission fluid, and coolant. They even replaced a bunch of smaller parts most shops overlook — new gaskets, seals, belts, spark plugs, and a few sensors that were throwing codes. They repaired the frame perfectly, aligned everything, recalibrated the steering angle sensor, and made sure all the new airbags and sensors were working properly. When I picked it up, the car honestly felt like it just rolled off the showroom floor. No vibrations, no warning lights, and the engine feels tighter and smoother than before. They even polished the headlights, replaced the underbody shields, and fixed a small exhaust leak near the catalytic converter. The attention to detail was next level. If you’ve got a BMW M car or any performance vehicle and need real experts who know what they’re doing — this is the place. They don’t cut corners, they use proper OEM parts, and they treat your car like it’s their own. Couldn’t recommend them more. My M5 Comp is back better than ever.

By far the worst mechanics in Arlington, Texas, I would not recommend this place at all. They take advantage of women. I bought them my car and I told them what I thought needed to be fixed. Well come to find out what needed to be fixed. Was something else instead of them telling me they just fixed a part that didn’t need to be fixed on my car Completely took it off added a new one. The other part wasn’t even messed up and charge me and then went back and told me after I payed what really need to be fixed and my car is still messed up. They don’t want to offer any type of deal. They want me to pay them more money so that’s why they didn’t tell me what needed to be fixed . Please dont go to them ! They will take advantage of you ! And the prices are super Expensive

Do not get service from here. Paid hundreds to have my truck fixed from a guy named Joe only with them breaking my door handle and not wanting to pay for the part to fix it and for my truck to break down days later and have him try to charge me another $120 for a “diagnostic fee” I refused and they refused to fix my truck after I paid them the initial money. and also received my truck back with clothes and random items in it as if somebody had been sleeping in it.
