Went to get my H-pipe installed. They were quick and reasonable. The quality of work was great. They were straight forward with the price and was not trying to get over. They did not make any excuses. I'd drive 1 hr plus again to have them do installs for me.

⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience with RPM Garage Exhaust. I’ve driven here multiple times from both Dallas and Houston, wasting gas, time, and money, only to be turned away each time because “they don’t have time.” Despite that, I remained patient and even gave them the benefit of the doubt more than once. What really pushed this to a 1-star experience is the attitude. Instead of being professional or respectful, the staff came across as dismissive and rude every visit. There’s a big difference between being busy and treating customers like they don’t matter. At this point, I can’t justify coming back. Poor communication, repeated inconvenience, and bad customer service. Would not recommend.
