My battery was acting up and I noice that I purchased it from Pep Boys. I remember why I bought it from Pep Boys. Because they were the most reasonable price on battery's. I called and they answered the phone very quickly. Becky answered the phone and was very helpful. When I arrived they were ready to help me and tested my battery before I got a new one. Come to find out it was under warranty and they let me know. I was very pleased with with the outcome because I only had to pay $3 dollar fee. Becky was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made my experience very easy. I will be coming back if I need anymore help with my car. 5 STARS

Paul, the mechanic who took care of my car, did a great job of correcting a problem created by an oil change service at another location (NOT at a Pep Boys center). The oil cap had not been replaced following an oil change by a well known competitor. Two months later my engine began making strange noises and belts began squealing loudly. This continued for several days. Finally, mostly because I needed to add water to my windshield washer, I opened the hood and saw that the cap had not been replaced. I immediately took it to Pep Boys because it was less than a mile away. Paul found the problems and corrected them in a timely manner. He also found the oil cap entangled in some mechanical parts on the opposite side of the engine. Throughout this process, I was kept well-informed and and comfortable. As an older woman, I really appreciated everyone treating me with respect and not like I was totally in the dark when it came to automobiles, which sadly is what happens most often. And I really do mean EVERYONE there because I interacted with a number of mechanics and other staff, but Paul really put me at ease with his courtesy.

I always get fantastic service here. The mechanics are very thorough and maticulous. I got my oil changed today and Brennen was great. Brennen also replaced my brakes a few months ago and I haven't had an issue since. I got a check engine light last summer and Charles took care of me with a new thermostat. He also did my alignment recently after I hit a curb and my steering is straight as an arrow now. Thanks Pep Boys

I came to this Pep Boys location because I suspected my car was leaking oil after getting an oil change out of town. Paul and the team at Pep Boys quickly identified the problem (loose drain plug) and topped my oil off. I am so thankful for their kindness, honesty, and great work!! I will be back for sure.
