Had a great experience with the team at Kwik Kar in Arlington. Kevin, Jonathan, and Brian took really good care of me and helped me through a stressful situation with my Silverado. They were honest, professional, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs on me. They diagnosed the issue quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and got my truck back running right. You can tell these guys actually care about the work they do and about taking care of their customers. Really appreciate the transparency and professionalism from everyone there. Highly recommend this shop if you need reliable work done. Kevin especially made the whole process feel a lot less stressful and was great throughout everything.

I got a new water pump, thermostat, and coolant system serviced. Kevin worked with me and got all my thing s done in a timely manner. The price was great. Awesome people overall there at kwik kar. I would recommmed anybody to this shop. These people are awesome. It’s hard to find genuine mechanics now days and these guys shoot you straight and give you fair prices. That don’t recommend things you don’t need. If it can’t wait they let you know. If I can’t wait they are straight up with you. 5 stars for sure *****

Quick In-N-Out for an oil change in a tire rotation in which I didn’t even know that they did tire rotations at Kwik Kar. It will definitely be my go to place. I love the fact that they are certified and that they report to Carfax. And the best part is, is that it’s a one stop shop for maintenance and repair on my car at a reasonable price with a great discount. I definitely will be going back and the customer service. I didn’t even need to make an appointment and they got me in and out within 30 minutes.

I went to this place on Saturday to get my annual inspection done so I could renew my registration sticker. I paid, left with the paperwork in hand—my car is in excellent condition, and naturally, it passed with flying colors. As it turns out, however, the inspection doesn't show up in any system. I went to the Tax Collector's office, and they told me that the inspection I had completed hadn't been uploaded anywhere; they told me to go back to the business to find out what had gone wrong. When I returned to the shop, two of the employees there told me that it was no longer their problem and that if I wanted another inspection, I would have to pay all over again. They were incredibly rude, and their behavior was completely unacceptable, especially since they were the ones who performed the work—yet, for some reason, the inspection simply isn't showing up in any system. I will never return to any branch of this business. I do NOT recommend it to anyone—absolutely not.

They scammed me out of $140 when I came in for a 4 wheel alignment. I told them my car was pulling to the right before they took it in and when they brought it back out the steering wheel was crooked towards the left and my car would wobble back and forth at highway speeds. I brought it back in the next day and told them my steering is now worse than it was before and they looked at it and tried to tell me I needed my steering rack replaced. I took it to the wonderful discount tire located a street over and they completely fixed the alignment and showed me that it was nothing wrong with my steering rack at all. They just messed up my car and tried to get more money out of me by lying and saying I needed to replace a part in order for them to fix it. Discount tire is much cheaper and much better service. Shoutout discount tire.
