0 Stars if I Could Update after the new mechanic came he found out why car would not start this guy broke stater putting in that’s why he wouldn’t come back he knew he did this pics below!!! I called Fast Mobile Mechanic to replace the starter on my 2021 Dodge Charger. At first, the mechanic seemed professional and straightforward, but my experience quickly went downhill. He spent a long time working under my car and eventually told me he needed to take a break because he couldn’t get one of the bolts loose. After some time, he managed to install the new starter, but when he finished, my car wouldn’t start at all. Before he worked on it, the car would at least start. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem before replacing parts, he told me the issue was my battery. As someone who claims to be an experienced mechanic and says he “dots all his i’s and crosses all his t’s,” I expected him to test the starter and the electrical system before and after the repair. That didn’t happen. I paid him for the work anyway. He told me he would come back the next day after I had the battery replaced. I bought a brand-new battery, but my car still wouldn’t start. After that, he completely stopped responding. He didn’t show up, wouldn’t answer my calls, and ignored my text messages. I was left with a car that no longer runs and had to find someone else to deal with the problem. Because of this experience, I plan to pursue legal action to recover my money. If you’re looking for a reliable mobile mechanic, I cannot recommend Fast Mobile Mechanic based on my experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. Be careful before hiring this business.

After driving for 19.5 hours my vehicle began to overheat shortly after reaching my destination. When I called calling Ali he was very understanding of my situation and showed up exactly when he said he'd be there. Within 10 minutes he had ran through every possibility and was quick to diagnose and solve the issue. These guys are very polite and extremely professional. 12/10 would definitely call again.

He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my vehicle.
