First time going after a recommendation from a family member. I had 2 cars go on 2 different days. Service was fantastic and loved the interaction with Blake. Prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Blake grimes and his crew are good mechanics, He was pretty quick with the turn around, reasonably priced and didn't over charge or add anything to jack the bill up that I didn't ask for. His bill breaks down the man hours and cost along with parts and cost. He called me after the diagnosis told me what was wrong and the cost of the service and asked if I still wanted him to do the work. I recommend this business to anyone who loves their vehicle and wants the best for it.

This is not my first time here but my first bad experience. I’ve been dealing with Blake about the entire thing. Got my Catalytic Converter changed on my truck in Dec fast forward I’ve been trying to get my emissions to pass it keeps failing due to this issue. I took it Back to them bc they said it was under warranty under FORD. Okay cool I leave my car there for days no calls I called numerous times no response Larry and Nigel kept lying the entire time about Blake’s whereabouts. Took my car to Grand Prairie Ford they replaced 2 recalls, check engine light still on due to same issue. So they tell me to get the invoice and they can fix it since they’re Ford parts. I called and Blake stated oh that should be easy bc we purchased the parts from THEM. The man at Grand Prairie Ford saidBlake called and spoke with the parts department and the parts are NOT FORD parts. So I call Blake bc he has been very stern with me These are ford parts my mom my fiance my aunt all heard him in my vehicle when I dropped it off saying Ford Parts under warranty. It has taken him over a week to give me this invoice and he scratched out the prices bc He ripped me off. Charged almost 4000 and on this receipt it says he charged me for one catalytic converter when he charged for 2. When we went to pick up the invoice Blake looked dead in my moms face after the man from Ford told us they lied about the parts Blake said today 4/11/2026 he said I made a mistake and they are not FORD parts 😂😂😂 you been knew that. I can’t get my car to pass emissions. So after we told him we knew he was lying he said being the car back Tuesday he will fix the part and make sure I pass the emissions. What makes you think I will ever trust you with anything?! This is so bad I trusted a professional and a professional was not professional. My paperwork that he gave us in totally different. My family is trying to underwhy they bleeped out all the prices. Would not recommend this, they are liar lie straight to your face. The fact that Blake a manager would do this is pure Trash classless act getting over on customers tha pay you to feed your family. Shame on you for representing Cooper Pit Shop

Excellent service! All staff very professional and knowledgeable…they took the time to explain every detail of my car repair making everything crystal clear of what needed to be done for an easier repair approval. Thank you guys! Definitely going back!!

I needed an emissions inspection. I am from California and we wrote the books on emissions, but I was shocked when they require proof of insurance before doing any inspection. I don't know what Insurance and emissions have to do with each other, but oh well. They were friendly and quick. That's all I can ask for, just make sure to have "current liability insurance." Mine was current, but I didn't have the current card so I had to wait for my insurance company to email it to me.
