I came in because I was worried about my 2003 Ford Taurus making a weird noise and left without having to make a single payment! They said it was free! I will be coming back!! The men that work here are some sweet, especially for a young lady that doesnt know anything like myself. They even have the prices of things listed on the wall, so you know what you're paying for. Thank you so much!
View on GoogleWe left our car in his shift for a transmission shifter, he claimed Toyota (the car company) put the part on back order, so after 2 weeks of Patiently waiting, I decided to order the part which I found the same day and shipped it to the facility. While in wait my car was terribly vandalized, they refused the responsibility (even tho they are at fault) which we will settle trough civil court. I would not recommend this shop, as they care more about the profit made from your veichle then the integrity behind good quality care of your veichle. If you are looking for an honest mechanic who wants to take care of you, I would recommend another local shop such as the firestone. Just not this one.

View on GoogleI’ve been coming here for years to get basic maintenance done on my car. They’re pretty much the most honest mechanic shop I’ve been to thus far because they don’t try to upsell me on anything but instead will try to pinpoint exactly what the problem is and then explain it in good detail, and then provide the options I have. For example, recently my car hit a curb that caused 2 of my tires to blow and my wheels to become gouged. After getting new tires put on at another mechanic shop that was open at the time, every mechanic shop I took it to claimed that there was a suspension issue, wheel bent, or structural damage that was causing my car to vibrate at highway speeds and wanted to charge me a fortune to fix it. I took it here and they said they’d inspect it and see what’s going on, and then they told me literally the only issue was the wheels were unbalanced, which is a very cheap fix. They saved me hundreds or even over a thousand dollars through their honestly, because they could have just as easily claimed it needed more major repairs and gone after my wallet. If you’re ever in a pickle and need someone to go to that you can trust, look no further than these folks. Best experiences there by far, and I’ll continue to be a loyal customer for the years to come.
