American Autotech:Ahmed,Sam&Daddy,you have no idea how you guys touch people's lives.But I don't mind detailing my own personal experience.Through no fault of my own,one of my height sensors was damage by a careless tow truck driver,the company that sent him to me for a totally separate repair did their best to make it right by replacing the sensor but did not have the means or knowledge to recalibrate a JLR vehicle.I tried to contact two other foreign car experts,one told me that they have the software but don't know if their system will allow them to,The other.....a well known Pantego staple saw my angst,tears,pain&tried to sell me the part for a 96%mark up+recalibration&was quite condescending when I reached back out solely for the recalibration;as the part was no longer an issue.Might I add,I was lied to and told it had to be a dealer only part and that was simply not true.American Autotech took my call,assured me they could help and did just that.I am immensely grateful for their kindness,respect&professionalism.Thank you so much to that family for being available and providing the services they do.Thank you so much to your entire staff.

Had a great experience getting an oil change and brake pad replacements for my Audi. Prices are very reasonable and customer service was awesome. We'll be back for additional maintenence in the future!
View on Googlehad a great experience with them, have a few coolant leaks with my 14’ cls550 to multiple different mechanic before and they couldn’t fix it, but here they figured it out very quickly and got the car back in the road in perfect condition 😉
View on GoogleHorrible experience this family started out appearing to be helpful until I kept having to bring my vehicle back over and over again for same issues that I paid for. Abdul got upset b/c of it and started raising his voice at me. I expressed to him that it’s not my fault that my repairs are not properly done I am not the mechanic . They kept my car in stall for hours as though they were checking/fixing it but wasn’t at all. I spoke Abdul & Ahmed but my car left with same issues. I spent 8,000 plus on several repairs and to this day the problems I not been resolved
