I brought my 1999 Dodge Ram Cummins to Ali Auto Service & Muffler to have a complete 4-inch turbo-back exhaust system from Summit Racing installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I called on a Sunday without an appointment, and they said, "Bring it in!" The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from the moment I arrived. They had the entire exhaust system installed in less than an hour, which was impressive considering the size of the job. The fitment was spot on, everything was aligned properly, and the truck sounds great. As someone who enjoys working on and upgrading my own vehicles, I appreciate quality workmanship when I see it. These guys clearly know exhaust systems and take pride in their work. If you need exhaust or muffler work done, whether it’s on a diesel truck, daily driver, or project vehicle, I highly recommend Ali Auto Service & Muffler. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS AND THE WORK IS HORRIBLE I came here to get my exhaust done first of all they were charging way too much once the guy started working on my car I made him re do it because the pipe wasn’t even alined big gap on the side and he says we will just weld it closed work was horrible once he re did it he messed up once again trying to put the pipe at a horrible angle against the other one and says once again he will weld it closed took it to these guys over in Dallas and they did a beautiful job where these guys left off (pictures below) they were able to finish off with 3 inch pipe while these guys tried to short me with 2.5 inch pipe ALSO THEY LEFT MY PIPE HANGIN DIDNT EVEN WANT TO FIX THE MISTAKE THEY DID they wanted to charge me 50$ more to get a hanger welded on so it won’t be hanging these guys left my exhaust hanging on my bmw I had to wait till the next day to go to a different place and also 160 down the drain don’t ever go here horrible work and horrible owner

I had a great experience at this muffler shop! I went in for a muffler and resonator delete, and also had my brakes and rotors replaced. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Ali was amazing to work with — super helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. He gave me the best prices around, and I was really happy with the overall cost. No surprises, just straightforward service and quality work. My car sounds exactly how I wanted it to, and the braking feels solid and smooth. I definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking for good prices and great customer service. I’ll be coming back for any future work!

I was traveling from Arkansas to this area to bring my daughter for batting lessons. We started having car troubles when I got here. I had loss of power (code P0420) the owner was aware of the code. His parts store was closed and he recommended a parts store. He was able to fix the issue very fast and get us back on the road headed back to Arkansas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The guys here did a really great job. The quality of work is really good and very friendly staff. Also, their prices are very good. highly recommended!!!

I brought my own engine oil and oil filter and went to this location for an oil change service. Unfortunately, they did not put the full amount of oil into my engine. By the time of my next oil change, I discovered that the engine was holding only 1 quart of oil instead of 5 quarts. This raised serious concerns about the quality and reliability of their service, as improper oil levels can potentially cause engine damage. Based on my experience, I do not trust this location and would advise others to be cautious when getting service here.
