Nearly impossible! That's why I'm still pinching myself after the incredible experience I had with this team. From the moment I explained my situation with my Jag and mentioned I had my own spark plugs and coils, they didn't bat an eye. "No problem," they said, and they truly meant it. They handled the replacement with expertise and efficiency. Later, when an unexpected issue popped up, they didn't just tell me what was wrong; they took the time to explain it clearly, without any technical jargon, and most importantly, without super jacking up the price. Their transparency and fair pricing were a breath of fresh air. To the entire team, thank you! You've earned a customer for life. I will absolutely be recommending your shop to everyone I know, and it goes without saying, I'll definitely be back for all my future automotive needs!

The guys here at Nash's were amazing and very informative with all of my questions. Tim you are the sweetest! Will definitely keep bringing my car here for anything I need to get done. I trust them. And they are reasonably priced and are worth it. Thank you guys so much. I have a mechanic for as long as I'm living in the Allen area. I wish I could do more than 5 stars. More like 100 stars
