Buying from this dealer has been a complete nightmare that we are still dealing with. On November 16, we went to look at a 2006 GMC SUV. The salesperson was very friendly. We inspected the vehicle, and I clearly told them it was for my 16-year-old son and that I needed them to be honest about its condition. I understood I was not buying a new car, but I could not buy something that would immediately cause serious problems. They told us the vehicle needed new tires, a battery, and that the air conditioning was not working, but that they would fix it. We made the deal and agreed I would bring the vehicle back the following weekend for repairs. I did not even make it home that same day. One tire blew out, and there was no spare, so we had to leave the vehicle on the highway, still about 40 minutes from my house. The next day, after changing the tire, the vehicle immediately started making a loud noise and releasing smoke. We had to leave it on the side of the road again. We called the dealer, and they had to come pick it up. This was on Monday. I told them I would pick it up on Saturday. I messaged them on Wednesday and was told they had not been able to work on it yet. On Friday night, they said it would be ready. When I arrived on Saturday, they told me I needed to take it to another location to program a new computer, which they said would fix the air conditioning. They claimed it would only take 15 minutes. On the way there, the vehicle started making another noise. We had to stop and wait for them again. It turned out the 4-wheel-drive system had engaged and was damaged. At that point, I wanted to return the vehicle, but they convinced me otherwise. The computer programming took about 3 hours, and the air conditioning still did not cool. By then it was already 4:00 p.m., and I could not leave the vehicle there because I live far away and had no way to get home. I explained I needed to leave because I still had to buy the remaining three tires just to make it home safely. They spent another hour and a half trying to figure out the issue and still had no answer. We agreed I would bring the vehicle back again, but two weeks later, we still have not been able to properly use it. We now have evidence from a new, trusted mechanic. Once again, I understand I did not buy a new car, but this has been the worst experience. We paid $3,500 for the vehicle, $450 for tires, and now need an additional $1,800 so my son can drive it safely. The air conditioning issue is electrical. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Smelt of cigarettes in that furnace of a waiting room. AC read 77, but it felt hotter than that. The worker then had me sit down the left me unattended for 15 minutes, just sweating. It did not seem like they wanted my business, so I would suggest you don’t give them yours. Take you car to someone that actually wants your business. I left with only sweaty clothes and no car inspection, would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible experience
