I wouldn't trust my car at this shop, unless I was present the whole time. I dropped my car off on the 29th of December, for an alignment and Check Engine light. I had the understanding that I wouldn't have an answer on my car for at least a week and a half. I was fine with that, even called up there later the same day to schedule an appointment for my grandpa'struck that I had to later call and cancel. I received a call a on the 31st telling me that the check engine light was fixed (it was a small leak in a vacuum hose that the tech was able to quickly fix), and that the alignment couldn't be done due to extensive wear on the suspension. I knew that from my own inspection (I worked at a shop for a few years) and was actually there to get a second quote from what another shop had given me. When they called, they didn't explain the importance of what was needed to be fixed, or even what it did (which was fine), but they didn't even have a quote. I asked for one, and never got a call back. I called up there a week later and was told that there wasn't a ticket for my car, and that the lady who had helped didn't know what she was doing. (That's fine, but she's a representative of your organization, which makes me wonder what the company is thinking, putting someone that's clearly incompetent in charge of talking to clients.) Of course, I was upset, but this is a vehicle we don't need or use, so I told them that it was fine, mistakes happen, and that I would wait for their call once they could redo the inspection and get a quote. Fast forward three days later, "there are a lot of things wrong with the car, we haven't been able to get a quote." Fast forward five days later, "We're trying, there are a lot of things wrong with the car." Fast forward 4 more days later, and I just had my wife pick up the car. I don't use this car, it was a gift, it's driven once a month max, so I don't need it - that's not the point. It's the lack of communication that truly is upsetting. I picked up my car and didn't pay anything for the check engine light that was fixed, so that's why I didn't give them one star instead of five. Although, I honestly don't know if they forgot to charge me for the repair since there wasn't a ticket, or if they let me have the repair due to the service (surprise surprise, lack of communication)- either way, I'm grateful to the technician. With all that said, seeing the incompetence of the systems in place, I would never bring my car here.

Great job replacing pads and rotors on my 2014 Toyota Highlander. Price seemed reasonable and work was completed promptly.

I took my car in for a squealing belt and they found that my turbocharger was bad. (They showed me the crack in the housing.) They saved me from a break down on the road because they were conscientious enough to check it out before giving it back to me. I’ve been using them for over 40 years and have never had a problem.

Always the best service! I drive by several places that would be closer but the quality of work and the trust in their work is what I need. The bonus is the people! Always friendly and very welcoming … like a visit with good friends.

Had a great experience here. They fixed my diesel truck and got it back to running after I had been completely unable to solve it. I found them very honest, thorough, and reasonably priced especially compared to the average diesel shop. They even allowed me to pay for it over a couple of payments which was a lifesaver!
