The shop is very clean, front desk guys are very friendly and easy to talk to. I don’t understand cars at all and they explained it to me very well and didn’t pressure me to do extra service! They informed me of everything that needed fixing and let me make my decision which I really appreciated. Will be coming back for sure! Also the AC is nice and cool on a hot day.
View on GoogleFor the past 10 years, ever since my car first broke down, I have been bringing it to this shop for both minor and major repairs. They have always taken great care of me. Their customer service is genuinely heartfelt and unlike anywhere else. They never say, “We looked at the car, we touched it, so you have to pay,” as some places do. They truly know how to take care of and retain their customers with great attention and professionalism. Finding a shop like this is a blessing.

He took the time to check and fill my tire air pressure and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. Truly great customer service and such a nice person. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleHad a large screw in a tire. They fixed it free of charge even though this was the first time I visited the shop. I didn’t like NTB…. But now that they are Mavis it seems to be way better! Eric, who helped me before and during the visit, is GREAT at customer service.
