Had to get my state inspection, easy peasey, no worries. A couple days earlier I was noticing the smell of burnt plastic. Assuming the worst, I asked them to take a look. They were honest, did not charge me anything. A plastic bag had gotten stuck on my exhaust, causing the burning plastic smell. The employee scraped off as much as he could and sent me on my way. Great work fellas, it was truly appreciated.
View on GoogleDo not go here. I asked for the exact oil change I got last time which was $75...this time $145. Said prices went up and then admitted to adding unneeded charges...like a $20 special filter fee and extra oil fees. Such a scam. I get maybe a $10-$15 increase but almost 100%. And they wouldn't refund me just said we will give you special price next time. Sometimes I really dislike people.
View on GoogleItems comprising full service oil change were done ok. I was also upsold on replacing cabin air-filter. Total bill $174. I had requested tire pressure to be checked because the sensor light had come on.I was told the check was completed and the sensor light would turn off on its own as the sensors recalibrate.The light never went off. I took it back and was told that sensors were bad so to go to dealer.I found all tires low.And light went off when I filled air myself.They never checked the air!

I didn't mention that I had two warning lights that kept lighting up - emissions and TPMS (tire pressure monitoring). They found a couple of items that needed replacing - air filter and windshield wiper blade. But I was surprised when I noticed after I drove away that neither warning light was on, since I hadn't even mentioned those. I called back to ask why those had disappeared. Wesley, the young man working on my car, had noticed the TPMS light, reset it, and then filled some of the tires to the correct pressure. And the new air filter appears to have fixed the emission issue. What a deal! Thanks!!
