Wow! I genuinely couldn’t be happier. I have taken my car to Toyota like three times and ultimately they decided my car needed a $3.2k-5k fix. I was devastated because my car isn’t even worth much. I decided to get a second opinion at fifth gear and they handled the situation with so much care and really heard me out (i was lowkey STRESSED- my car was flooding lol) They did everything they could to fix the issue without having to take the dash apart (hella expensive). It turns out a large part of the issue too was that toyota put something in my car wrong in the first place. Like what?! These guys have our business forever!!!! Love!!!!! They even put my car back together after my husband and I were taking things apart to get a better look.

Forgive me if I get the names wrong, I was working with Dennis. He was very caring and understanding of my situation and I want to thank him for really being a great person through this process. Also, I want to thank Chris also for helping me with some information with my car and I think Lindsay the tech also with fixing my car if I’m not mistaking, I have never in my life had the service I experience my background is in hotels. I worked for the Ritz Carlton for 12 years and I will tell you your company or this company level of customer service is on that type of level from the car being taken in and from me being able to be picked up to get my car the whole process was on a apple and Chick-fil-A, which called and status because the Ritz Carlton actually trains, Apple and Chick-fil-A. That’s why the service is so damn good and also the tech or the gentleman (Josh) that check me out to get my vehicle I would appreciate him everybody in the office. I want to appreciate all you all and of course I will be coming back. I have a new car family you all take care.

Great shop, clean plenty of space in waiting area. I'm not convinced my issue was fully diagnosed. The BCM was said to be the problem but once replaced and programmed the issue was not resolved. Further inspection revealed a wiring issue that was fixed and resolved the problem. Was it really the BCM or a wiring issue?

I’ve been into the shop multiple times - unfortunately this visit I needed a new engine in my 2015 Ram 1500. It wasn’t cheap, but Justin gave me options, walked me through what would be better in the long run, and kept in touch with updates. When I got the truck back, it had a few issues - jumping occasionally when it would change gears and the engine sounded like an R/C car when accelerating. I dropped it back off, they did a full transmission service at no charge and the truck runs amazingly so far! Once again, I’ll be back when the need arises! Great team!
