Highly recommend this location! I had a great experience today installing tires I purchased from the Costco website. Garrett, one of the tire reps was particularly helpful in explaining how the warranty works and what I needed to do to ensure that I qualify for the warranty (mainly that I need to do tire rotations consistently.) The install was quick and I found the pricing to be competitive. Super pleased with my experience here today.

View on GoogleHad tires installed at the East Plano Costco about two years ago, and the Allen Costco Tire Center just gave me one of the most asinine warranty denials I’ve ever seen. They refused to repair a flat because of “perceived” sidewall damage they claimed made the tire unrepairable, even though the tire only had around 20k miles on it and should have been well within the coverage window for their road hazard warranty. Instead of standing behind the warranty, they denied coverage on the grounds that the tire hadn’t been rotated, as if a rotation schedule somehow caused a flat or imaginary sidewall damage. It genuinely felt like they were looking for any excuse they could find to avoid honoring the warranty, rather than helping a customer who clearly met the spirit of what the warranty is supposed to cover. Bottom line: this location made it crystal clear that their warranty is only as good as the loophole they can use to get out of it, and I won’t be trusting the Allen Costco Tire Center with my business again.

The dedication and kindness shown by the staff were truly exceptional—they graciously took the tire before the store had even officially opened, allowing me to quickly drop it off and get to work. The convenience of picking up the freshly patched tire after work truly saved me a day of worry. This level of proactive, outstanding customer service went above and beyond my expectations.
