I am new to Jeeps and changed a brake line and felt like my pedal had fade. Eddie test drove and tested everything just to make sure everything was Good. Thank you for reassuring me on my brakes. I will be back in the future.
View on GoogleWe had a great experience with The Shop. They took care of a tire pressure sensor problem and replaced the brakes. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They fixed what needed fixing and didn’t try to add anything extra. Everything was explained clearly, and the pricing was fair. That kind of integrity is hard to find. I’ve already taken my daughter’s vehicle there, and my son’s truck is next. We’ll keep using them. Good people still exist.
View on GoogleI had to have a new transmission put in my vehicle and everywhere I checked it was going to be VERY expensive and be a while before they would get it done. The Shop was very reasonably priced for the transmission and everything that had to be done. So grateful for the job well done and the service was excellent. I would definitely use them again and recommend them as well.

Our Camry was making a loud noise, and they replaced the front wheel bearings that fixed the problem. I also trust them to keep my F150 on the road with over 300,000 miles on it.

My family is newer to the area, and we hadn't found a mechanic yet that we trusted to do business with when it came to properly addressing concerns and maintaining affordable prices. Fortunately, our search is over! It all started when my husband and I had bought an old vehicle for my younger sister so she could commute safely to and from school/work through the mountains, in the ever-changing weather of East Tennessee. We worked tirelessly to do the cosmetic restorations to the vehicle that we felt confident and/or capable of doing ourselves. However, eventually we hit the point where we knew our tenacity wouldn't be enough to finish the job. The Shop took in the vehicle and swiftly diagnosed the remaining issues, researched part availability, and gave us a quote for finishing the project. Upon quote approval, the team at The Shop worked as quickly and considerately as possible to get the vehicle up and running AND in even better shape than we had ever anticipated accomplishing. What a blessing! The Shop has the magic touch; The Shop has your best interest in mind; and The Shop cares deeply about serving the community by providing excellent, dependable service. I have already started sending family members there for their vehicle repair needs, and I am telling you—the reader—that Eddie and his team are a great group of people who take great care of automobiles.
