Auto tech is wonderful. They’ve worked on two of my cars since 2020. They are always kind, explain things to me, and I am always overall happy with my service. I was referred to them by our neighbor and I’m so glad I did. I even sent a co worker there for tires. Because I highly recommend them! If you want a kind and honest service go there! I had a tire problem once that was serious. I drive from oak ridge to Oliver springs to get it fixed. I was on my way to work when this happened. They took me right away and I was on time to work!!! That’s service!!!

I have been having my vehicles serviced at Auto Tech Solutions in Oliver Springs since 2011. Whether repair work or scheduled maintenance, I am very impressed with the results and have never had a bad experience with their service. Kimberly (Operational Manager) always provides an estimated cost for a repair and asks for authorization to complete the repair. I find the charges for their services to be very fair and the level of their technicians knowledge and performance to be very impressive. I highly recommend them for vehicle maintenance or repairs.

Told everyone I talked to that when my radio is on, my battery is on so please make sure you get that off before leaving my car unattended. No one listened so when I went to get my car it was dead, thanks everyone who took the time to listen to me, much appreciated 👍🏾. I was asked about my battery, it's 3.5 years old, and if I've ever had trouble before and so I knew no one cared to listen to what I had to say, that made me feel great again, much appreciated 👍🏾. When I tried to relay the information, it was ignored, and that really put a bad taste in my mouth with this place. They fixed my car and threw in a service to which was thrown in my face when I was upset that my battery was dead, great people working here. If you did something "out of the kindness of your heart", you wouldn't mention it again when I'm bringing my car back because it seemed to have more issues that it didn't have before. Over all bad experience, go elsewhere.
