Dropped off a vehicle for repair in late December 2025 and didn't get it back until late MAY 2026. Yes, 5 months to repair a 2012 Ford Escape transmission. Communication was horrendous, with many voice mail messages left with the shop to inquire about any progress, with only a couple of them ever returned. On the rare occasion a phone call was answered, we were entertained with excuse after excuse, ranging from lack of help, slow part delivery, wrong parts shipped, etc. for 5 months! Never did the shop call to say what was wrong in the transmission, or to recommend a specific repair with an associated cost estimate. This wasn't a rare or vintage automobile. This easily ranks as the worst experience with an automobile repair service. The good news is that the transmission is working fine. I Do NOT Recommend.
