Now before I start this review you have to know I am obsessed and generally just infatuated with my 2017 Nisson Titan XD. The sound of Marcus Aurelius starting up in the morning gets me going like a teenager at a Taylor Swift concert. Seeing as im painter, after a long day of huffing paint and generally being exhausted I stopped at a red light. I stepped on the gas and half way through the intersection my RPM's traveled so fast through the spectrum on the board and pegged out faster then my x-husband. I immediately pulled into a parking lot and waited for a tow truck because my baby runs right or not at all. I called Tennessee Diesel Repair after I googled nearest Diesel Mechanic. They were closing but assured me that if I had Marcus towed to them they would take good care of my baby. Now somewhat relaxed I told them what little I knew along with some Vocalization that probably dumbfounded them more then my explanation. Their only request was.to text them my information and specs on the vehicle. I immediately went to work furiously typing because my nurospicy mind likes to travel faster then Mater diving backwards at full speed. Done and Done and now I can relax knowing its 🎶every little things going to be alright🎶. Six days later I start to feel a twinge of longing. I called TDR up waiting for a prognosis...hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. A young man answered on the 2 ring and immediately DIDNT know who I was but he definitely knew a Red Titan that had been unceremoniously parked in front of their shop with no information or way of contacting said owner. I tried to simultaneously stutter and scroll back through my texts to confirm I wasn't making my way over to the dark side of the moon. I FOUND it and immediately realized I had typed out the information and unfortunately never hit send. General merriment was to be had by both parties After one more snafu, due to crossed wires and my inability to communicate effectively thru text (think squirrel from Over the Hedge on Red Bull) 11 days later I show up to a perfectly fine and purring Marcus just waiting for momma. I was assured that there was absolutely nothing wrong with Marcus and they drove and checked the transmission. They never charged me for almost 12 days of homing him with his heathen owner in the wind and let me drive away with well wishes and I think I heard some laughter but hey it could have been the wind. I am now about to take a long trip to Georgia and needed the reassurance I crave. I dropped it off on Monday after work and filled out my information and requested that Marcus be checked for any oopsies that could possibly present itself and an oil change. I showed up dirty and tired this evening right as they were preparing to close up and head for their dinners and and peace and quite like I was . I was presented with the overall 👍 up of the disposition of the truck EXCEPT for a missing bolt on my tranny. They replaced it and topped it off along with other fluids I couldn't begin to remember or maybe they never fully seeded in my racy squirrel brain. They only charged me for the oil change and a new fuel filter and gave me that reassurance that only a truly dedicated mechanic can give you. To end this absolute chaotic Alice in Wonderland adventure story I wouldn't trust my Diesel Don Juan to any other Mechanic expect for TDR. They have all my future business and I would recommend you give them a call if your ever in need of a Mechanic that has superior knowledge and a GREAT sense of humor!

I bought a set of wheels and tires from Gavin, they made the easiest transaction I’ve ever had. Very helpful when helping me choose my wheel and tire combo. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a shop. 10/10 recommend!!!!

I really wish I had found Tennessee Diesel Repair sooner. My truck had been to two other shops, and I spent thousands of dollars, but it still wasn’t fixed and no one could figure out what was wrong. Gavin and his team figured it out in no time and got it taken care of. They’re super knowledgeable and easy to trust. They went above and beyond, and from now on, they’re the only ones I’ll trust with my truck.

I was in Oliver springs on vacation and my transmission was giving me problems. TDR fixed my truck and I hauled my camper back home with no issues.

Had an issue I had trouble diagnosing with my truck. Took it to a couple of shops and they could not diagnose either. Took it to Gavin and crew and they were able to quickly and accurately diagnose and repair (with good quality parts too. Not just whatever they could get.) I recommend TN diesel repair and I will be using them for my future repair needs for sure!
