Secret City

I'll try to keep this review as short as possible. I brought my 2024 1500 in for deer repair. Multiple damaged panels on a 10,000 mile truck. The repair after parts had come in was pretty fast. About a week. Front driver qtr panel, a cabin panel, headlight, driver side door, and rear qtr panel. When I got it back, first thing I noticed was the amount of dust on the inside of the truck. No big deal I'll clean it up I thought. Get home as I begin to detail that's when everything started wrong really start to come out. A thick layer of dust was on absolutely every surface. So much Id need proof to believe they used any plastic to seal the cabin. On the interior someone got polish on my seat, on the window seals, on the seat belt. They scratched my steering wheel. Scratched the trim on the driver side door. They did not connect the driver side panel back fully, so when I went to clean it it literally fell off. They also tore the weather stripping. I get back on the road and a trim piece on the roof flew off going down the interstate. On the outside the fresh new paint was covered in swirl marks and scratches. The paint around the door was at the weather stripping was not finished. Not applied properly either. They did do a decent job matching the color. As well as matching the cabin panel that had to be cut off. Credit where it's due. I told them it has been professionally ceramic coated please do not take it through a car wash. They did anyways. Covered the truck in scratches and swirls. Costed 500 for a paint correction out of my pocket. They left a bolt under the rear qtr panel broken off, I had to get it out myself. They lost a bracket for my bed cover. A bolt was also over tightened at the wheel well, it broke a piece of trim. I call they say bring it back I do I point out every detail. They take it back, offer a rental for me to find out I gotta pay for it. Not kidding. They have the truck for another week. I go back to pick it up here is what they fixed. Replaced the weather strip on the front and rear driver side, the trim from the over tightened bolt, and the trim that flew off while driving. List of not fixed. Steering wheel, driver side trim pieces, new paint that was not finished, scratches on the new paint, polish stains on the seats, and trim. I talk to the manager, get told I don't see how we could have done that we didnt touch anything on the interior. Down playing the scratches, with condescending statements. That little scratch. I refused to have them fix the paint I'll hire someone else. I wanted my steering wheel and trim fixed still 3rd time at the shop. They did replace one trim piece. Again credit when due. They hired an interior repair man. I assume he didn't say much and claimed he couldn't even see the scratch. He polished it to the point the texture is gone, yet the scratches are still there. Nice. At this I'm not taking it back I'll fix it myself. For 10,000$ + in repairs I was hoping they would honor the mistakes and fix it properly. They did not, and have refused to fix anything further. I'd imagine at some point the techs they used to have did an excellent job. 4.4 stars is why I picked the place. They seem criminal like all the other dealers. If they break they won't fix. O they over filled my engine by a quart of oil. They called to harass me into never leaving a review like that. Mike I believe was his name. Here are some photos of the finished work

I took my Wrangler in to Secret City's body shop earlier this year and was absolutely thrilled and completely satisfied with the experience. When I was getting an estimate they noticed corrosion under the original factory paint and offered to submit for a claim with Jeep, which was approved. They were able to get almost the entire outside of the Jeep repainted, which was definitely an added bonus when I brought it in for something else. Quality of the repair work was absolutely top-notch and the paint job made our Wrangler look brand new. I really appreciated this attention to detail and great customer service of looking out for me and recommending something that I had no idea was available. I was so pleased with their communication, quality of work, and the people I dealt with that when I needed body work done on our Mini later this year I knew Secret City was who I wanted to work on it. Just picked it up today and again...looks absolutely incredible. I highly recommend Secret City for body work...they took great care of me and will do the same for you!

Highly recommended. Really nice staff and waiting area. Enterprise car rental is just down the road too. Quality workmanship. Convenient location with restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

They did a great job, changing my headlight assembly, as will as fix my front end, Melissa and Beth are the Best!!

I took my truck here after a collision. Candy Hurst and the crew there did a great job. Very please with their work. Candy is very sweet and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Them to all my friends.
