I took my vehicle to Car Fix because they were highly recommended to me by a friend. My a/c had not been working in a while so I took it to Car Fix for repair. They did a great job and effectively replaced my entire a/c system. I appreciated the professional knowledge, friendly service provided. Now I am one of the coolest guys driving through Oak Ridge. Thanks guys for making me cool again.
View on GoogleUpdate#2 When you own older vehicles it’s nice to have a trusted auto repair shop! My wife’s suburban was blowing not so cold air and needed an inspection for a cross country trip. My A/C compressor was cracked and Chad and Team were able to get a part and repair it in the same day. I live an hour from Oak Ridge so this could have been a problem but the team at Car Fix always delivers. I also got a new set of tires for way less than I’ve seen online and at other tire shops. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks again! Update: My 1997 F-250 had a bad steering column and parts are hard to find. The Car Fix boys found a replacement and now the truck drives like new. While there I also had them check out a pulley noise. Turns out the water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. You get what you pay for folks! Great work again. I take all my vehicles to these guys. Brian, Chad and the team of great technicians are thorough and always do great work. Prices are reasonable and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this shop.
View on GoogleI have become a regular at CarFix, and it’s not only because my car always needs some sort of repair, but the staff and the technicians are amazing. They do a thorough inspection, explain the services absolutely necessary, and always complete in a timely manner. They also offer to give you a ride home or to work, and will pick you up when your vehicle is ready. I would and do, highly recommend this place.
View on GoogleThey really worked with me in my warranty company. They went the extra mile above and beyond to make sure I had a satisfied experience. They did a transmission job, a complete new transmission. So it took a few days, and they made sure I had a running vehicle to go back-and-forth to work. While they were fixing my car I especially want to give a big shout out to Brian They definitely need to give that man a raise.
View on GoogleThis place is absolutely amazing. I got a replacement transmission a little over a month ago a brand new transmission. And it had a small leak in the transmission line. Not only did they fix it, in a timely fashions.,. gave me a loner car to drive while they are fixing the problem.They also gave me a free oil change because they know that every dollar counts in my household. and they are trying to make my experience as effortless as possible.And I really appreciate that, especially brian, you're the man, buddy. Ohh, and they replaced my transmission line for free
