Truck broke down while on trip from VA to OK. AAA+ covered my towing to Carfix at Oak Ridge, TN. Christian and the crew there were friendly, fast and accommodating while diagnosing and repairing my truck. This particular Carfix shop has rekindled my belief that there are still honest mechanics in this country. Thank you Christian and crew!!
View on Googlei had taken my car in for new brakes and for a noise diagnosis. They found many things wrong,(which is my fault for not keeping up with maintenance), and gave me a run through of all they found. It was going to be too expensive for me personally to fix everything at once, but they were very nice about explaining what needed done now for safety and they even had payment plans available. Brian and all the other guys in the shop were super friendly and helpful; everything’s running great on my car now. i would definitely take my car back here.

Had them check other things on my truck and they were very honest in telling me that they were fine, whereas another shop said that they needed to be replaced asap they just wanted more money. They 10000% got a new customer. The honesty and professionalism was great. 10/10 recommend this place!!

But the real main event was Christen at the front desk. This man has the energy of a WWE announcer mixed with a motivational speaker and a manager cutting a promo before WrestleMania. Every update about my car sounded like the opening narration to an action movie. I’m pretty sure the lights got brighter every time he answered the phone. Super friendly, hilarious, and somehow made sitting around waiting on car repairs feel entertaining. Christen kept everything running smoothly up front while the mechanic was backstage putting in work like the undisputed heavyweight champion of auto repair. Most shops fix your car.These guys turned it into a full pay-per-view experience
