Called to have some routine maintenence done and needed my truck back on a certain day. The only available appointment was on the day I needed it back. They scheduled me for that day but had me drop it off a few days earlier and managed to work me in and complete the work before the scheduled date. Highly recommended Oak Ridge Nissan's service department!
View on GoogleAnother dealer which can't be trusted. They did the tire rotation and looks like did the oil change as well. I have specifically asked them to top all the fluid twice. First time when I was making the appointment and second time when I was giving them the car. I did not check the fluids when I was getting the car back. My mistake. All the fluids were on the same level as before. They didn't touch it at all. Now I have to go ahead and buy my own fluids and fill it up by myself. Very sad. I know that the dealers nowadays don't do anything they are not specifically asked for but this one does not do even that. Very said. After Cookeville this one is the second one I will never go back again.
