We have been using Aaron for about 18 months for our Subaru, and he’s been excellent every time. He is always reliable and honest about what actually needs to be done and what does not, which we really appreciate. He consistently goes above and beyond, does high quality work, and keeps his prices fair. He’s also great about fitting us in when we need service. I would highly recommend.

View on GoogleI went to import automotive professionals because I got a card in the mail advertising and oil change for cheap.I have this old Toyota 2002 Camry that I just purchased six months ago and even when I first bought it I smelled gas, but one shop that I took it to who fix my brakes. I asked about the gas smell and they said it was because of the air conditioner well I didn’t think too much about it, but it was always smelly even in the cold weather so anyway the the guy, at the professional place has the car up on the rack doing the oil change and he’s he he finds the gas leak and it’s in the gooseneck thing between the gas tank and where you put the gas in so I’m very very very thankful that Aaron showed me the leak and he’s got a new part and he’s very reasonable and Hearing in Oak Ridge it sometimes hard to find a good mechanic so I’m glad he’s nearby and reasonable! Plus he actually took me into the bay and showed me where the gas was leaking! Most places won’t let you get behind that door!

View on GoogleWhile traveling from Ohio headed home to Louisiana, my vehicle started making the loudest screeching sound. I called Import Auto Professionals to see if they could help. Low and behold, Alex answered the phone and walked me through several steps on my vehicle. He was 30 minutes from closing but took the time to calm me down. I'm so thankful to find an honest gentleman that would help a passing stranger. He recommended a place that was on my path back home. As I sit here awaiting the diagnosis, I wanted to thank him for all that he did. I would without doubt take my vehicle to him anytime if I was a local. Thank you SO MUCH, ALEX!
