James and the team at Free Service really treated me right. James is a great manager and runs a good business. He was honest, fair and transparent with the costs, got the work done just as promised, and communicated well. I have found my new auto shop in oak ridge for anything I need done to my cars. This job was rear brakes of my expedition, but I’ll be brining more vehicles to him for work as he earned my trust on the first experience.

They have a wide selection of quality brands priced at reasonable rates. The entire facility is clean, well organized, modern, and interesting. Comfortable atmosphere with clean seating. The air smelled inviting and fresh - a stark contrast from any other auto shop I've ever been to. Even the bathrooms were impeccable. I would recommend this place to everyone. I will continue to use Free Service in Oak Ridge for all my future needs.

Despite me making a last minute appointment, they managed to procure the tires needed as well as replace the brakes, oil, filter and sundry other items in an expedient and professional manner. They even did a diagnostic check and found the issue causing my engine light to sporadically turn on. James, inparticular, was exceptionally helpful and informative. In the future, this will be the only place I will consider visiting for automotive and diagnostic needs.

Here they stuck to their word. When I made an appointment they got me right in. Everyone was super friendly. Shout out the guy working the counter. So helpful, kind, and engaged in conversation with me throughout my wait. I will 1000% be back here again. Thanks guys!

They do a decent inspection on your car and now I know I have another repair they pointed out so with that fair quoted price, I'll be back soon. Phone customer service is not 'local' and quoted me a different price so don't take their word for it.
