Highly recommend! We had 2 flats on our trailer and needed them replaced before we could travel any farther. We called the number before they technically even opened just at the chance they would answer and they did! They physically checked to make sure they had the tires we needed, got us in right away when they confirmed that they did, had us back on the road in less than 45 min, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, and they definitely delivered. I would absolutely recommend for any tire needs!

So typically Matlock is fantastic. I use the Hardin Valley Location and the Lenior City location a lot. And it seems every experience I have in the Lenior city location there’s always an issue. This past experience was I had a scheduled 8 am oil change. Dropped truck off. They recommended Two front tires , which I purchased. Tires wouldn’t come in until 2 pm. So wait to pick up truck till around 3:30 - 4:00 pm. Get there and they had forgot to do oil change and made us wait for vehicle. When I mentioned we had a 8 am scheduled oil change , he quickly dismissed the inconvenience. I asked if he was giving me the oil change for free since they simply forgot about it. He said NO NO I can’t do that. But I’ll take 20.00 off. As if my time was only worth 20 bucks. Completely insulted me. And here’s the thing ! I do a TON OF BUSINESS with my fleet of vehicles between the two locations. All in all I would recommend Matlock. But I would be weary of anything out of this particular location. Makes me a bit sad honestly. I share this story in attempt for customer service to get better at this location, can’t fix it if you don’t know it’s broke. Stephen Lyles TrueBlue Distribution

I was heading to Cedartown Ga to ride dirt bikes with my buddies. I had a blowout on my campers vergin voyage on I-75 I had bought a couple months earlier. The blowout tore the inner fender out and a good chunk of the bathroom floor. I got it replaced with the spare and it was half way flat. AAA came and got me aired up and I was about ready to go back home but the guy told me to go back one exit and get the spare tire I had in the truck put on the rim that just blew out. I ended up at Matlock Tire in Lenoir City. I asked if the could swap the good tire out and they said sure but it might be a bit. No worries. They had me fixed in about 30 minutes. I must have had the look on my face that I didn’t know whether to cuss or cry. They put me back on the road and wouldn’t charge me! I can’t tell you how much this meant to me. Great folks and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys. I went on to ride with my friends and had a great time. I will give them my business from now on. Thanks again Matlock Tire!!

This is the place to go if you’re in Lenoir City, honestly I would drive here from Knoxville if I had too. They had an available appointment within 3 days, were efficient with my car and such a reasonable price for the services I had. I could tell they really care about their customers and ensure the most reliable work. My father in law has been coming here since he was a small kid and recommended I come here. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on for my car needs. I’d rather support a local business that cares about their customers and their experience than a chain that’ll try and wring you dry for money. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my car and caring as much as you do.

Matlock Tire Service in Lenoir City is awesome. A great staff and excellent service. Repaired a tire for me and I can’t thank the front desk staff and technicians for their assistance, thoroughness, professionalism and kindness. Definitely the best in and around Lenoir City. Thank you.
