Josh was so willing to help me solve the problem with the motor controlling my driver seat. I have an old car and parts are not readily available and he really did an excellent search and solve the issues. He really went the extra mile for us! He also took care of a bunch of other auto things that needed attention for me. We were so impressed that we took my husband's car in for servicing. Very knowledgeable people, very courteous and friendly. Josh stayed on top of things for me and kept me in the loop. They are so thorough, they send you a text with the report of the diagnostics that they have just performed and it also shows you your car parts that are in need of attention. It's all right out there in the open and you can decide what you want to have fixed at the time. We are definitely taking both of our cars there in the future when we need work done. It was a wonderful experience.

Josh did a great job. I work at a Harley-Davidson dealership that prides itself on good customer service and this shop has that. Josh was very friendly and easy to work with. Explained the work and what needed to be done to my vehicle very well. Also has very fair pricing for the quality of work. I am glad I found this place so close to home. Good car mechanics are hard to find and this is it!

He listened to me describe our problem, told us what his thoughts were and kept us in the loop via text. He also uses text to send you the initial inspection along with pictures. I thought that was super. We will definitely use Josh and his team in the future.
