My car stalled and died on hwy 11 half way between dixie lee junction and Ford rd really in a bad spot. I called malones and he told me it was a 2 and half hour wait. I explained where i was and that I was john Malone's daughter, does that make a difference? While I was waiting man stop and held back traffic, thank the Lord, for me to roll back in driveway. Joel, the roll back diver was there within 30-45 minutes. Loaded my car up and dropped it at my mom's. When Joel called in to see what charge was for tow, by the grace of God, they told him "NO CHARGE" Thank you money makers, the dispatcher and Joel, the roll back driver for your compassion and honor. I will have and always recommend your service. Thank you and God bless
