Car broke down near Lenoir City, TN, while traveling on vacation to NC. Most mechanic shops were closed by 6pm however, Loredo Mechanics was still open. Gave them the address of where our car was located and was told they would see us in 15 minutes. Over an hour later they called and said they were on their way. I told them to take a hike. It would have been very considerate had they called to let us know they were running late. That kind of service makes me wonder about their ability to service my car. No, I would never recommend Loredo Mechanics. A simple phone call would have made all the difference with us.
