My husband took our van in to get an alignment and a multi point inspection. We immediately went on a trip afterwards otherwise we would’ve taken it back immediately. After the alignment, it now pulls quite strongly to the left when it did not before. I’ve never had this happen after alignment. It always drives true after that. On top of that, we don’t believe they actually did a multi point inspection. The mechanic had marked green on the windshield wiper fluid even though the windshield wiper fluid was bone dry! If he didn’t check the wiper fluid that makes us wonder if he checked anything else. On top of that, he tried to tell us our spark plugs needed to be changed and that’s why the front end is shaking when we break. The spark plugs were just changed literally. I would like to take it back and make them fix the alignment and actually do a multi point inspection but at this point, I don’t trust them to do anything right so I’ll just take it where we used to go.
