The owners, Jessica and Travis are truly the best people. Genuine and honest. Their prices can not be beat, vehicles are clean and dependable, and there's no pressure or shady pushy salesman. Just your hometown used car dealership that feels like talking to a friend. The atmosphere and conversation is so welcoming. We will always come here to buy our vehicles. 10 out of 10!
View on GoogleI had an amazing experience buying my car from HWY 11. I met Jessica at a Car show in Lenoir City downtown. They were about to open their second location in downtown LC. She explained tome in detail their car buying process and suggested a local lender. After a few weeks. I called the lender and got approved for a car that I liked from HWY11. Jessica was there for me and helped me super fast, thoughout the whole buying process. They even dropped the car offfor me when I was at the lender place signing all the paperwork. I greatly appreciate HWY11. They are very professional, helpful and caring. I bought 2 different cars from different used car places before and had both of those cars fail and break down in less then a single week. This place is the best.
View on GoogleAfter a pretty disastrous experience with the local dealership that did worse than not fixing a problem with my Mini for more $ than I like to think about I asked around for other options. Zeroed in on Travis at Highway 11, who got recommended by other mechanics who got recommended - so his local rep is clearly pretty solid. Long story short - the right repair got done to my car - for less than I had paid to not have the problem fixed (twice actually). These are good folks. Highway 11 isn't too fancy, but that's where I'm taking the car from now on.

View on GoogleTravis and Jessica are about as good a people as you'll come across. I bought a Mini Cooper a few years ago from another dealer in Lenoir City, and when I went back to him to buy a car for my son, he told us he had decided to retire and was sending all of his business over to Hwy 11 Automotive going on about how Travis has been around Minis for over two decades. I called them up that day and set an appointment for my next service. Jessica informed me that they were quite busy but would fit me in if possible, I told her I would just drop off the car and leave it with them to service when he got around to it as I have another vehicle to drive. She called a couple of days later after the service, tire rotation, and inspection to let me know it was ready to pick up. That was back in December of 23, and I've had it back to them for my regular maintenance two more times. They do such a great job, I asked if he could start servicing my 08 Tundra. As long as Hwy 11 Automotive is in business, they'll have my business.
