I had a great first experience at Eddie’s. Service was so easy to schedule. They are extremely kind and work very efficiently. I was able to use their WiFi to work from the waiting area while my Kia was serviced. My husband is also having Eddie’s service his truck. We highly recommend and will be using them for future vehicle maintenance and repairs!
View on GoogleAfter using Eddie's to fix my brakes, I suggested my father use them for an electrical issue with his trailer lights. Eddie's did quick and efficient work both times, always calling and reviewing the procedures first and being upfront about cost. A week or so later, a separate issue left me stranded at a gas station a day before we left for vacation. I had the car towed to Eddie's and left them a message through their website. They called me on vacation to explain the problem and the cost. Then, they kept my car until I returned. They were gracious and kind and made what could have been a stressful experience simple and painless! I recommend them heartily!
View on GoogleToday I brought my 2014 Honda Accord to Eddie’s Auto Repair, Lenoir City, TN. I knew it needed an oil & filter change and no doubt more services. It wasn’t running badly, but I asked for diagnostics & a look over for any issues. The people at Eddie’s listened carefully to my requests. Within a few hours they texted me with a breakdown of their recommended repairs! (Reading a text message with all issues was better than the phone call I usually get at auto repair places.) I called and told them what we wanted done. The prices they quoted were fair. It was already afternoon, but they completed 7 different services and I was able to pick up my Honda before closing time! The car drives better. They did a very good job!
