I felt too bad to leave a one star review, but they definitely did me wrong as a customer. I brought a car in that I had just bought that was having some issues and paid for their used car inspection. They told me all it needed was brakes, rotors, coils, and plugs. It cost me $1500 for all of this and the very next morning after I got the car back, it started misfiring and having the same issue. I brought the car back the next day and after they had it for 2 to 3 days, they told me it was a bad head gasket. I’m now getting rid of the car because of this issue but could’ve avoided $1500 that I didn’t need to spend on it if they would’ve properly diagnosed it when I paid for the used car inspection. Unfortunately won’t be using them again. (Brian was very nice but the mechanics didn’t diagnose the problem right the 1st time)

Had trouble with my car starting and two places I went told me I needed an alternator and one place that tested. It said it was the voltage regulator. I told Brian at Webb that I needed a new alternator when I dropped the car off at about 515 Wednesday night. Thursday morning no later than 1030. He had already done complete diagnostics and look over at my vehicle. The only problem he found was my battery was on its way out… He replaced the battery and the car has been running great since I got it back I would like to just take a moment and recognize the honesty and hard work that this gentleman has done. He could have replaced an alternator and called it a day but he did not. He did did right by me even as a new customer. And he helped me in more ways than one.. I was ill surely be back next time I need something.
