My 2018 Ram 1500 transmission needed its fluid changed. This involves a new pan with a filter built in. Mike took the time to explain all the processes and gave me a quote. I asked a lot of questions and he happily answered them all! Project was completed on time and at the quoted price. I highly recommend Ace.
View on GoogleThe shop was closed for a holiday when I first called to ask about dropping my truck off so I left a voicemail and I got a call back very soon after to talk even though they were closed. Took my truck in they explained all the issues along with pictures texted to me as proof and kept me well informed of the status of my truck throughout the updates. They had to fully rebuild my transmission and they only had my truck for two weeks even with me dropping it off during the holidays! Charged a very reasonable price and even offered a discount for not meeting the original deadline because waiting on the parts took longer due to the holidays. When I took the truck it in wouldn’t shift past third gear now it’s running like new. I couldn’t recommend this shop more!

He was totally up front about all repairs, even sent pictures of broken bad parts and was first class to deal with!! Can't say enough about the fast, honest, work and customer service was out the roof!! Thanks again to Michael and the gang!!
