This is one of very few shops that sell used tires in what I consider to be West Knox. They quickly installed 4 quality used tires (50% tread) on my truck in a timely manner. The total cost was about 1/4 of what four new tires would have been. Dustin also taught me that tire width can affect handling, so we dropped from p275 to p255 tires and there is a noticeable performance difference. I would recommend them to anyone requiring tires or basic service.

We hit a curb and blew out a tire on our way home to Indiana from Florida. This was on a Sunday. I was nervous about even finding anyone to fix it on a Sunday. My husband contacted this company. They agreed to send a mobile unit to put on a new tire - total cost was $316 which included a new tire (not name brand) and the mobile service. We had to pay before they came, which also made me nervous. A technician came out to our location within about an hour. He took the tire back to the shop to be replaced, came back, and installed it within an hour. All told from our initial call we were back on the road within 2 hours. The gentleman we talked to on the phone came off as rude to me, and their bad reviews didn't make me feel good about using them - but in total fairness we had a good experience. They did quick good work and the price was fair given that it was a Sunday roadside service call and a new tire. We would recommend this business.

Went here a few years ago and got a used tire for $40 and recommended them to people. Then went a few days ago and a used tire was $80 after tax and fees. I could have gotten a new tire at Walmart for that. It makes no sense to pay new tire prices for a used tire. Then seeing them on here arguing with people is not a good look at all. Wont be going back and will go from recommending them to telling people NOT to go there. Might wanna hire a customer service person to handle your social media because arguing with every bad review aint it.
