Michael at Ace Automotive is a great guy. I stopped in with a question about a stripped transmission mount bolt and Mike took the time to stop what he was doing, take a look at my car and and actually found a bolt that would fix my problem. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The shop was clean and organized! Mike was super friendly. A great experience for me. 5 stars. I appreciate the help Thank You!
View on GoogleFirst review I have ever had to write I’m usually not that guy but please STAY AWAY from this place! They’re just looking to charge you as much as they can for pathetic work. I brought my car in needing coil packs and spark plugs replaced which is usually a $300-400 job and they said I needed to replace my oil cooler system. Me being a student and not knowing what that really is they told me they’re surprised my car is even running so I approved it. They said it would be done in 4 days on that Friday morning. Well Friday morning rolls around and I call them bc I haven’t heard anything. They sound surprised when I tell them what car is mine and come to find out they haven’t even started the work on it. I show up and the total is $1500 which is ridiculously overpriced. Also along with the oil cooler system being replaced comes an oil change. I get home that night in my car after I pick it up and there isn’t an ounce of oil in the tank. Absolutely pathetic and sad for these guys to take advantage of struggling students. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

View on GoogleThe guys are great! Had a rain related situation when I was visiting Knoxville. They very nice guy at Ace fixed things up in no time. Appreciate the quick service. I was able to drive home ~5 hours without further issues. I'll send my UTK son there when he needs car maintenance/repairs.
