Celene, Nathan, and Tyler were amazing to work with! I had my 2010 Ford Edge towed to TN Automotive on Tuesday and it was ready by the end of the next day. Celene managed communication through every step wonderfully and kept me in the loop with what was being done to my car. They were very open and honest about my car’s issues, upfront with the cost of repairs, and (the most important part, in my opinion) did not push any repairs that were not necessary. I was also able to speak directly with Nathan, the mechanic that worked on my car, and he gave great insight and recommendations regarding immediate issues and things that could cause problems down the road. As a girl in her 20’s that doesn’t know much about cars and lives over an hour away from her dad, I really appreciated their transparency and desire to help repair the issues at the lowest cost possible. TN Automotive is now my go-to place in Knoxville for car troubles!

WOW! My son’s 2016 Silverado messed up on his way home Wednesday night from work. The fan wouldn’t stop blowing. All indications was the thermostat was stuck open or closed. I was very concerned on who and where to take it because it needed fixed and fixed fast because it’s the only means of transportation my son has to and from work. Tn Automotive was recommended to us by a fellow employee, and we are GLAD that they were! They diagnosed the issue and had the truck fixed in a very timely manner!! Highly impressed with this shop. My son also really liked the way that he was treated when he dropped it off. He said they were extremely polite and treated him well!! Car troubles stink, but it’s good to know that there are places like Tn Automotive that you can trust and count on!! THANK YOU

Tyler and Nathan are automotive geniuses with great hearts. Celene in the office is wonderful and always communicative. They’ve always treated us fairly, communicated clearly, and done excellent work. All of our fleet vehicles come here.

My husband I needed to get a charge on our Ac and tried to go the cheap way to get it ourselves in a can fr Amazon. Well we learned the hard way that was not the right thing and would need to get our system flushed. There was many places that wouldn’t give us crazy prices or wouldn’t even look at it. After a suggestion from Greg at Drive 4 Life , we set up an appointment with TN automotive. I told them when I dropped the car off on Thursday, I was going out of town saturday. Not only did they figure out the problem but was able to fix another problem and get me my car back in enough time. Celene and Tyler were thorough and so nice, transparent, and diligent. Pricing was extremely fair and better than many other businesses. I will not only recommend them but will be going back for other services.

I am grateful that I’ve finally found an honest mechanic! Every time I’ve taken my truck to Tyler he’s been able to find the problem, and I haven’t had to bring my truck back. In the past my truck kept having the same issue, I took it to many different people that couldn’t find the problem or only would only give a temporary fix, but not Tyler he knows his stuff! I really appreciate all the staff at TN AUTOMOTIVE, they treat you like family! The best!
